その中で pass the torch to a new generation.
News Analysis: In a speech from the Oval Office, President Biden said it was time to “pass the torch to a new generation.” But he said nothing about his own age or capacity that led so many Democrats to desert him.

President Joe Biden has appeared to defend his comments about putting Donald Trump in a “bullseye” made less than a week before the former president was shot at a Pennsylvania rally.

Woke up thinking about this and I’m still stunned. I’ve been as big a Trump critic as anyone else on the right over the past couple of years, but what happened last night, Trump’s brave, defiant reaction, and especially the stunning photos that captured it, stirred something in me that I never knew was there. Somehow, I want to run through a wall for someone I worked against the entire primary cycle. If this didn’t change the world, it certainly changed me.

The shop floor is used to refer to all the ordinary workers in a factory or the area where they work, especially in contrast to the people who are in charge.
Improvement activities in the shop floor are one of the sources of our company’s competitiveness.
I think a good company is one where the people on the shop floor are respected. 「
Grafting is one of the techniques to create clonal trees with the basically same DNA.
Somei-Yoshino cherry trees have been repeatedly grafted from a single original tree discovered at the end of the Edo period and increased until today.
The beauty of these cherry trees is due to the efforts of many people who have continued to protect them.
