A wonderful (but often unrealistic) scenario. (Wiktionary)
fall (go) down the rabbit hole
We have not been able to solve this infection problem for three years. This is like we have fallen down the rabbit hole. 「
Germany out of World Cup by razor-thin margin thanks to Japan’s second goal in upset win over Spain 「ドイツ、紙一重の差でワールドカップ敗退。
The Japan team made it to the knockout stage by razor-thick margin, more specifically, by 1.88mm.
I still don’t get why Rüdiger starts for us. After his showboating, he better be benched the rest of the tournament.
They were more busy throwing a tantrum because they couldn’t bring a gay flag.
The planning was poor and Germany looked complacent.

Japanese player are so clean. Like they aren’t playing dirty, always giving everything they have. I’m really glad they won, it’s well deserved.

= 『召し上がれ』 🇸🇦 I’m having ramen for dinner today 「(日本の勝利を祝って)今夜は晩飯にラーメン食べるよ」 🇯🇵 Bon appetit!
Today I am Japanese. And somehow 25% more efficient at work.
