「2025年のワールドシリーズは、第7戦という、はらわたが締め付けられるような、神経をすり減らす、胃が痛むような体験に帰着」
gut-wrenching ：gut が『内臓、はらわた』で、wrench が『ひねる、ぎゅっとねじる』なので、『はらわたがちぎれるような、衝撃的な』の意味になります。
nerve-wracking：nerve 『神経』、wrack 『苦しめる』なので、
『神経を疲れさせる』のような意味です。
stomach-churning：stomach は 『胃』、churn には『かき回す』の意味があり、
『胃が痛くなるような』という意味です。
これは実感した感じなので、覚えておきます。

オリックスバファローズが、2023年 MLBに行く山本由伸選手に向けて、
「14470球にありがとう。」と記した感謝のポスターを出したそうです。
