項目1でいいこと言ってます。
黒川さん、これ読んだことないんですかね。東京高等検察庁（Tokyo High Public Prosecutors Office）の偉い人だったんですが。
偉くなる予定の人なら、自分に厳しくして、周囲と変な馴れ合い関係を持たないよう気を付けてもらわないと。
abide by ～は「～に従う」で、 法律、ルール、合意、決定などに従う場合に使える表現ですね。
