今シーズンからメジャーリーグで採用されているABSは
Automated Ball-Strike （自動ボール・ストライク判定）あるいは
Automated Ball-Strike Challenge System（自動ボール・ストライク判定チャレンジシステム）のこと。
ABSのSが Strike かSystem かというと、両方とも有りかもしれません。
MLB公式のポスト中でも、
the Automated Ball-Strike Challenge System (ABS) と書いたり、
the ABS Challenge の表記も有りますから。
まあ、いろいろ見ているとABS Challenge という使い方が多いようなので、
ABS ＝ Automated Ball-Strike （自動ボール・ストライク判定）が正解でいいと思いますけど。

Each team will get two challenges and can keep them if they’re successful
「各チームには2回のチャレンジ権が与えられ、チャレンジが成功した場合はその権利を保持できる」
Challenges can only be initiated by a pitcher, catcher, or batter, and the request must come right after the pitch
「チャレンジは投手、捕手、または打者のみが申し出ることができ、その要求は投球直後に行わなければならない」
To signal a challenge, the pitcher, catcher, or batter will tap his hat or helmet to let the umpire know
「チャレンジを申し出る際、投手、捕手、または打者は帽子やヘルメットを軽く叩いて審判に知らせる」
No help from the dugout or other players on the field is allowed
「ダグアウトやフィールド上の他の選手からの助言は認められない」
In each extra inning, a team will be awarded a challenge if it has none remaining entering the inning
「延長戦では、そのイニング開始時点でチャレンジ権が残っていないチームに対し、1回につき1回のチャレンジ権が付与される」
