衆議院議員の選挙の『小選挙区比例代表並立制』は英訳は
electoral system comprised of single-seat constituencies and proportionally represented multiple-seat constituencies

『小選挙区制』は single-seat constituency system と言います。
constituency に『選挙区』の意味が有り、single-seat constituency system は直訳だと「一議席選挙区制」ですね。
『比例代表制』は proportional representation system で、proportional が『比例の』、representation が『代表』の意味です。
proportionally represented multiple-seat constituencies は「比例代表複数議席選挙区」ということになります。
