運動会などで行う『二人三脚』は英語で何と言うでしょうか？
three-legged race と言うそうです。
（直訳なら3本脚競走なので、イメージは日本語と同じ感じですね）
Collins Dictionary のthree-legged raceの説明は
a race in which pairs of competitors run with their adjacent legs tied together
となっています。
「ペアの競技者が隣り合う足を結び付けた状態で走る競技」ということですね。
ちなみに3人グループで行う『三人四脚』は英語で four-legged race だそうです。
