乗り物と一口に申しましても、
たくさんの人が乗れる電車やバスから、
5人乗りの自動車、一人乗りの自転車まで、いろいろございますね。
では、クイズです。一人称の乗り物ってご存知でしょうか？
答えは、タクシー。
a taxi、ア タクシー、あたくし・・・・。
まあ、おふざけはこの辺にしまして、
代名詞なら I や we とかは『一人称』ですけど、
この『一人称』という言葉は、英語ではthe first person と言うのですね。
the first person て「最初の人」みたいですけど、これで文法用語なんですね。
当然、『二人称』は the second person、『三人称』はthe third person です。
あの『三単現（三人称単数現在）』なら、third person singular present になります。
Cambridgeの辞書サイトでのthe first personの説明は
the form of a verb or pronoun that is used when people are speaking or writing about themselves
「人々が自分自身について話したり書いたりするときに使われる動詞や代名詞の形」
となっていました。
If you are asked in an interview to explain ’the first person’, you can explain it as above. Do not start talking about your first person.
もし面接で「一人称について説明しなさい」と言われたら、上のように説明すればよいでしょう。くれぐれも、あなたの最初の人について話し始めないように。
