ラグビー用語の定義で、Captainは
Captain: The player nominated by a team to lead that team, consult the referee and select options relating to referee decisions.
「キャプテン: チームを指揮し、レフリーと対話し、レフリーの判定に関連するオプションを選択するために、チームから指名されたプレーヤー。」
だそうです。
For me, the definition of the captain is Atsushi Sakate.
I became a Wild Knights fan after he became captain, and I have never seen the Wild Knights led by Captain Sakate lose on the pitch in an official game.
僕にとってのキャプテンの定義は、坂手淳史選手です。
僕がワイルドナイツファンになったのは坂手選手がキャプテンになってからで、
坂手主将が率いるワイルドナイツが公式戦のピッチで負けるのを見たことが有りません。
